Clinical Supervision
Bi-monthly group supervision. In group, you will: 1) gain clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, case conceptualization, interventions, case review, termination, and referral 2) explore your own biases, countertransference, and blindspots 3) improve clinical documentation skills give and receive feedback to group members in a warm, professional, and nonjudgmental way 4) increase confidence in therapeutic orientations, modalities and interventions 5) hone in on your clinical voice and work to develop Self as Therapist 6) build a community of developing therapists for support and future professional networking 7) bonus: support with building a private practice
