Groups
Trauma Treatment Group
“Early Recovery: Promoting Safety and Self-Care": Established as a Trauma Information Group using the curriculum of renown trauma therapists Herman and Kallivayalil, this group will run 10 weeks in-person or telehealth and cover self-contained specific topics. Members will gain a greater understanding of trauma, mental health consequences of victimization, and how to begin the recovery process. The group will provide a framework for understanding trauma so members can begin to master their therapeutic journey. Members will be given handouts/worksheets to support their work, which they can take to their individual therapists for further processing and exploration.
