A little about my professional background ... I have a Master's Degree in Social Work. My career spans over forty years. I work extensively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and psychosis. My counseling background includes the areas of marital discord, divorce recovery, grief and loss, employment issues, and stress management.
In a relaxed and interactive manner we will develop a plan to reflect your specific needs. I have a strong belief in the resilience of your spirit and your ability to change. The concepts of patience, perseverance and perspective constitute aspects of my therapeutic approach. Howard
