I’m Holly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in VA. I have navigated many successes and failures in my life and know that making change is hard, especially when faced with challenges. I believe that childhood and life experiences impact our mental health and functioning at different phases of our lives.
I have worked in many environments, including inpatient hospitals, foster care, schools, and individual and couples outpatient therapy. I have supported individuals who struggle with daily life stressors, depression, self-esteem issues, emotional dysregulation, mood instability, work issues, and relationship issues with kids, partners, friends, and family.
By providing an interactive, laid-back, compassionate, non-judgmental space, I take my clients' lead as experts in their past experiences. I want to help you celebrate progress (small wins).
