I offer trauma-informed therapeutic methods, with recognition of past, present, and future context.
I apply my training in TF-CBT, EMDR and IFS through a systemic lens. I especially enjoy supporting parents in their work of recognizing the impact of their own childhood experiences, and providing something different and better for their own children.
