It is my aim, through counseling to help you heal and grow. Whether you are struggling with social anxiety, depression, disordered eating, or trauma you deserve growth, education, and recovery. I am a firm believer that recovery takes a special kind of person willing to do the difficult work to get to a fulfilling life. Therapy is meant to be validating, affirming and challenging. I have in person appointments available. I am no longer accepting adolescent clients. I have experience working in all levels of care for eating disorders (IP, RTC, PHP, IOP and OP). I work Tuesday-Friday. I want to help you heal and thrive.
I have holistic approach in healing all aspects of your life in order to reach all areas of function. I am well experienced and trained in EMDR, for those of you wanting to work through traumatic life events, and fully recovery.
I desire to meet you where you're at, in whatever stage of change you might be. I desire to help you find comfort and peace. I rent an office in Regus in Uptown Phoenix. I accept UHC, Optum, and Aetna (NOT Banner Aetna or state funded insurances).
