I offer creative and mindfulness-based strategies combined with trauma-informed tools integrating my work in Jungian and spiritual psychology with neuropsychology.
I bring over 20 years of experience as a business professional as well as multidisciplinary doctoral-level training to our work. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and youth. I offer an integrative, mind/body/spirit approach including but not limited to talk therapy, EMDR trauma treatment, dreamwork, meditation and somatic experiencing.
