Currently accepting new clients. We are a team of dedicated therapists working to address mental health concerns through high-quality psychotherapy, in south Minneapolis and via telehealth. We value honesty, compassion and a genuine presence in the work and in relationship with you. While we work with a wide range of concerns, areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, trauma, identity exploration, grief/loss and self-esteem. We provide individual and couples therapy, and work with children (ages 7+), adolescents and adults.
The situations and struggles that bring you to therapy are complex–we get it! To fully understand and properly treat these concerns, we will work to comprehensively understand your life experiences (past and present), thoughts and feelings. We treat the whole person, with strengths as well as areas of distress, not just isolated symptoms.
