Living out of alignment with ourselves can lead to feelings of anxiety, loneliness, depression and psychic pain. Our job, together, is to create a calm, safe space where you can tune in to yourself, connect with yourself, learn to accept yourself, and figure out how to live a life that honors your values and the desires of your heart.
I lived in Japan for five years and worked at the Los Angeles Times for 12. I believe the stories we tell ourselves affect the way we live our lives. My experience informs my outlook; I believe in racial and social justice and view the world through a feminist lens. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, strength-based, and trauma informed.
I bring passion to my work with couples, creatives, teenagers, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and life-transitions, those who have experienced trauma or difficult parent-child relationships, people raised in families with mental illness, and persons who engage in mothering – from before conception through empty nesting.
