anger management

I offer anger management service to those who are either mandated by the court to fulfill a class, as well as to those who would like to work through their anger issues. This course will teach you anger and stress management skills, how to replace inappropriate and unacceptable behavior, problem-solving, conflict management and empathy skills. Sessions are for 16 weeks. Approved by the National Anger Management Association for court purposes. Tuition includes workbook, letters of enrollment, and certificate of completion for individuals required to attend and who complete all sessions. Please call for more information.
