I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order for you to learn to think and act in a more effective manner. I am also Psycho Dynamic, practice Positive Psychology and engage in an interactive dialogue. I have been an active therapist for the past 16 years.

I have extensive training in the following areas: individuals, group, couples, family, substance use, adolescents. I develop short-term objectives and goals with you. I emphasize a "strengths" and "resilience" approach. I utilize cognitive behavioral and holistic techniques to change negative thought patterns. I am here to guide you when you are ready.
