As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both California and Nevada, I have a genuine desire to help others which allows me to develop trusting relationships with my clients. I primarily use the evidence based practices of CBT, ERP, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you meet your goals.
I have specialized, extensive training in using ERP and work with adults suffering from OCD, Social Anxiety, Phobias, and Generalized Anxiety. I also work with adults and couples experiencing additional challenges such as marital discord, depression, grief and loss, adjustment challenges, ADHD, behavioral issues, parenting challenges, and infertility.
My hope is to provide you with a safe environment where you can focus on attaining your personal goals. Change is not always easy, but often it is the integral piece of the puzzle that allows the other pieces to fit into place.
