I borrow from a variety of modalities and actively collaborate with you to either bring up solutions, or simply ask questions that work towards sustained, meaningful self-awareness and growth. My goal is to foster a spirit of honest sharing in the room, a space where you can express what is important and genuine. Together, we will bring into focus associations and patterns and how they limit and/or enrich your life.
I have been described as grounded and warm. I am non-pathologizing and allied to diverse communities. I value human connection, compassion, curiosity, and discovering the unique resources each of us can pull from to align with what feels fulfilling. I am also passionate about social justice and creating an environment free of judgment.

I always suggest speaking to at least a few different mental health professionals to get an idea of what feels best. I offer free phone consultations to ensure we'll be a good fit. I offer in-person or telehealth appointments in CA, and telehealth only in Montana.
