I provide an effective and healthy outlet for an individual to address issues which are preventing them from adaptively coping in their world. I foster an atmosphere in which an individual's mind, body, and soul can heal allowing the individual to reach resolution on issues that are interfering with feeling "whole and connected" in the world around them. In a nonjudgmental atmosphere, individuals are validated and given permission to "HEAL". You will gain an enormous panoramic perspective of your life and generational links.
I am a trained trauma, grief, and eating disorder therapist. I have additional experience working with marriage&family, couples, LGBTQ relationships, first responders, police, and military with PTSD/complex traumas, grief, and eating disorder issues. Other areas of specialty include: sexual/physical abuse & medical/health issues (cancers,infertility,etc.).
I have worked with patients from all over the world at The Renfrew Center in the treatment of eating disorders and trauma. I was also commissioned to work with survivors of the September 11th 2001 attacks. I am an EAP trauma therapist for PBC Fire Rescue and Sheriff's Department.
