Let's shift from analysis to intuition! Too often I witness clients grinding to “figure it out,” targeting themselves as "the problem" and trying to isolate things to change so that they can be “better.” In the end, this effort only compounds internalized shame, fear, and unworthiness. But what if there's nothing to fix, only support? What if the life you crave is found by cultivating a loving relationship with your body and deeply listening to its guidance? It can take some practice to distinguish intuition from voices of fear and grief and shame. Our work together will soothe those wounds and amplify the guiding light within you.
My work aims for less thinking and more feeling, using mindfulness to access the wisdom of your body and healing your wounds at the source through gentle sensory and energetic explorations of your feelings, experiences, belief systems, and relationships. The result is… letting go of results! And cultivating an unshakeable loving safety within yourself.
My approach is heavily somatic, integrating Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, IFS, expressive art, and mindfulness-based CBT as well as EFT/tapping, acupressure, breathwork, sound healing and Reiki. I also have 20+ years experience with children including certification in Social-Emotional Arts as well as TF-CBT for supporting youth in processing trauma.
