Deciding to meet with a therapist is the first step in overcoming obstacles you are faced with. We all hit roadblocks in our lives, and finding someone to help us navigate through these difficult times can make the journey less painful. I am passionate about making this experience as comfortable as possible for my clients. I specialize in working with individuals/families struggling with anxiety, depression, adolescent issues and trauma.
My approach is to maintain a strengths based outlook in order to help you overcome the barriers you are facing. I am a LCSW who has experience working with children, adults, and families. I utilize a CBT model with my clients. This approach connects how our thoughts/feelings/actions are all interconnected.
