Sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and learning style.
My experience includes treating a variety of presenting problems, such as grief and loss, life transitions, depression/anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, substance use/abuse, situational and chronic stress, chronic or life-threatening illness, trauma, autism spectrum, PTSD, and exposure to violence or crime.
