Is life throwing you a curve ball? Do you need help in figuring out what to do? We have all experienced this! I want to help you achieve the goals and vision you have for your life. I strive to create a warm, relaxing and open- minded space for us to work. I have experience helping those 10 to 100 years old with addictions, anger management, depression, family conflict, grief, infidelity, marital/relationship concerns, school struggles, stress and work struggles. I will help guide you to the goals or visions you have set to live a life you deserve and will help you understand the obstacles, so we can move them together.

My specialty is meeting you where you are and for us to agree on how you want to move forward. I help you understand why you are struggling so you can truly heal. I will always have a plan for our time but want to focus on what you believe to be most important each week. I will give you things to work on between our sessions as well.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy being outside, working in the yard, making crafts, road trips, being on the water somewhere, building my faith and rooting for my favorite teams. I cannot wait to help you achieve the goals you have and would love to talk with you further about how I can assist you.

I will always have a plan for our time, but I let my client guide the sessions. Work will be given to do outside of our time together because change doesn't only happen in sessions. The benefits of what you get from our time is what you put into it. I ask for a commitment of 6-8 sessions to start. Most clients see a lift in symptoms during this time. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used most.
