My clients get therapeutic homework each week to help them build upon the goals we establish in session, because after all, what you put in is what you get out!
Specialties: trauma/childhood emotional neglect, identity. I use CBT, which looks at thoughts/feelings/behaviors, narrative therapy which considers the story we tell ourselves and attachment theory. I am a certified SYMBIS premarital facilitator and Accelerated Resolution Therapy trained to address trauma and deep wounding.
