Welcome. I am an experienced psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and life coach, working in partnership with clients who are motivated to bring greater peace and healthy balance to their lives. Many of my clients are dealing with transitions or difficult life events. My approach is gentle, supportive, inclusive, highly informed and effective. I am accepting clients for online services only at this time. Most people find this works well for them.
