I strive to provide a non-judgmental safe space for you to talk about any and all of your concerns. I will always treat you with respect, empathy and understanding. I am a trauma informed therapist with the goal of helping you identify and overcome obstacles that are preventing you from getting the most out of life.
I use evidence based therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR techniques. I have experience working with individuals of all age groups, as well as with couples, and many different diagnoses including: anxiety, depression, trauma. PTSD, mood disorders, OCD and many others.
