I want to offer you more than scratching the surface, or putting a band-aid on your pain. Let's get to the root. This work is about you - how you relate to yourself and to me. It's about the pain that you've carried (consciously or unconsciously), the grief that has shaped you and the coping mechanisms and defenses that you have adopted in order to live your life. I will bring my curiosity and my awareness to your thoughts, your feelings, your behavior. Together we will get to know the true you.

Living into your most authentic self is probably the greatest challenge one could face. Whether gay, straight, artist, doctor, bartender or CEO- we are all in this together. Part of my hope in our work is to create a space where all the parts of you can live and breathe.

Being an athlete all my life, I have a strong belief in the connection between mind, body and emotions. All the components interplay, we can not separate our physical body from our emotional world. I have a passion for working with those in pain who have yet to find healing.
