I primarily specialize in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders such as Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety/Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Specific Phobias. Treatment for these include Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other Mindfulness based interventions.
