In our first session together, you can expect to be heard and encouraged as we discuss what has brought you to counseling. From there we will begin learning new strategies to foster growth and change.
I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, and grief. I utilize CBT, EMDR, and Play Therapy methods. I also have training in Christian counseling and can incorporate faith into your sessions if you desire .You do not have to solve this problem on your own. I am here to help you and support you on your journey to healing.
