Anxiety Coping Skills Group
This group is designed for adults who struggle with anxiety. In the group we will provide psychoeducation about anxiety, teach coping skills and explore tools that can assist in decreasing anxiety, and provide support for implementing the skills into daily life. The group will be held virtually, so anyone located in the state of NY may attend. The cost is $20 per group. CIGNA insurance accepted in-network. Call (516) 406-8991 with questions and to register.

Coping with Socialization Post-Pandemic Group
The COVID-19 pandemic forced people to isolate for a long period of time. Now that the risk has decreased, it is considered safe to be out in public and social again. However, many people are struggling with socialization due to anxiety and stress from the pandemic and the length of isolation time. This group will provide tools and support to members as they work towards socializing and being out in public again. This group will be held virtually.
