Conquer integrates principles of faith, psychology, and accountability. Components: Group Support: Community and shared understanding fosters camaraderie and accountability among members. Holistic Approach: Participants are encouraged to address underlying emotional, relational, and spiritual needs through holistic interventions such as exercise, mindfulness, and relational healing. A comprehensive and faith-centered approach to healing from porn and sexual addictions, empowering men to reclaim their lives, restore their relationships, and live in alignment with their values and beliefs.

Mindful Parenting: Emotional Health in Families
A supportive group navigating the joys and challenges of parenting.
