DBT Skills Training Group

Hosted by

This group focuses on teaching skills to improve distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and relationships. The skills are invaluable to building a life worth living. Each week mindfulness skills are taught and reinforced. This is an on-going group that takes 18 weeks to complete in its entirety and new members are welcome anytime. We have 3 groups running weekly Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings- both in person and on-line. Call to start learning DBT today and build the life you have always wanted.

Teen & Family DBT Skills Training Group

We offer an 18-week group for teens and parents to learn the same language and improve coping skills to manage emotional dysregulation and and communication skills to improve their relationships, and more!
