Therapy produces its own unique ecosystem. In the right collaboration, essential growth-oriented risks can be taken, which often results in sustainable transformation. Various tools developed to emotionally survive our experiences in formative years can become automatic interpersonal response systems we operate from long after the initial benefits cease in relevance. This can impact the relationship we have with self and others. I strive to bring the utmost compassion and insight into the room while we work together to figure out how one's way of being in the world can become more aligned with concerns of the present circumstance.
My office is located in Western Massachusetts for those desiring therapy with walls.
