My approach is holistic, combining talk therapy, coaching, guided imagery, energy work, systemic family constellations and mind-body modalities. I help clients explore and access deeper layers of their experience, including what has been unconscious and unseen so that deeper healing shifts can occur while also offering practical support for navigating life.

My professional training and experience are of course incredibly important but I'm also a caring, warm imperfect human that strives to help you feel deeply safe and seen in your own wonderful human-ness. We need to feel understood and seen by other people in order for healing and transformation to occur.
