My desire as your counselor is to come alongside you and provide the support you need as you gain a deeper understanding of who you are, what core desires you have, and what brought you here. Support looks different for each individual, which is why I allow clients to share their stories at their own pace in a safe atmosphere while equipping them with tools to help manage life stressors. I work with adolescents and adult women who are experiencing difficulty, whether that be anxiety, depression, life transitions, prenatal/postpartum stress, family conflict, or relationship issues.
My focus is to establish a counselor-patient therapeutic relationship that centers on safety, trust, and healing. This setting hopefully provides the opportunity for you to improve your overall well-being and direct you toward a path of compassion and hope.
