Life is messy and unpredictable. My counseling style is a client-centered and collaborative. My job is to help navigate you through your journey and provide you with any additional skills/tools you may require. Day time appointments available.
Common areas of focus in my sessions include: trauma, stress, anxiety, substance use concerns, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIAA concerns, and relationship concerns. I am experienced with LGBTQIAA individuals, trauma survivors, people who use substances, kinky individuals, and poly individuals.
You deserve a space dedicated to supporting you. Therapy is a safe space free from judgement for you to process, explore thoughts and emotions, heal, set goals, and grow.

This is an open ongoing support group designed to help teachers cope with the challenges of our new reality: sporadic distance learnings, spotty attendance, students who are missing key skills, and unsupportive administrators to name a few. This group is meant to provide a safe space to learn new skills you can bring home at the end of the day to recharge, and back with you to the classroom to stay on track. Virtual attendance.
