I create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their feelings and experiences. I provide compassionate understanding and effective strategies to help my clients heal and grow. My goal is to help you reclaim your life, achieve inner peace, and build resilience. The modalities I use include, but are not limited to: MBSR, IFS, CBT, and ACT. My goal is to support your healing journey, help you fall in love with your life, and rediscover your true nature.
