Like minded woman building community and doing life together. We meet weekly. Virtual. Everything is recorded so you can access at your own timing. Each month has a new Topic (ie: mindfulness, anxiety, conquering limiting beliefs, relational support, etc.) Week 1 - Topic Discussion, Week 2 - Journaling Prompts & Kundalini Yoga Meditation, Week 3 - K&undalini Yoga Kriya, Week 4 - Q&A and community time.
