I focus on helping people through some of life’s more complex experiences, especially around attachment wounds (like adoption or divorce) and other relationship traumas. I use therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Mindfulness based talk therapy, and process-oriented play therapies, which are especially effective for individuals and families who have experienced early trauma, attachment wounds, or are navigating other tough transitions.
