I work specifically with PTSD, anxiety, relationships, and adults with ADHD. I provide support that allows you to build your awareness and practice concrete coping skills in order to gain resilience, confidence and power that extends your healing past the counseling session.
I enjoy working with individuals who are in some sort of life transition and who might have experienced some form of trauma in their life. I am LGBTQ+ allied and provide a safe space for you to process your life experiences through your brain, body, and even your nervous system to promote long lasting healing.
