One of the bravest and kindest things we can do for ourselves is to ask for help. In my practice, I seek to create a space that allows you to unfold into becoming more compassionately connected with yourself and others.
My work is based in trauma-informed relational psychotherapy This means that I recognize the importance of relationships all around, particularly those that formed you in your first relationships in life. I study and utilize many theories such as attachment, family systems, feminism, and mindfulness in our work together.
