Are you a woman looking to understand why her body and emotions react in surprising or challenging ways when navigating stress? With a holistic and somatic approach we can collaborate to create a therapeutic space to assist you in addressing any concerns that may be connected to the questions above. I work with individual adults and couples.
More specifically, I specialize in providing a systemic and somatic approach to treating anxiety, developmental trauma, relational discord, disconnection and loss of identity. My training includes a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, 60 hour certification in providing Somatic EMDR, and trauma-informed treatment for the LGBTQIA+ community.
My goal is to invite you into a welcoming space whether you're trying therapy again or for the first time.
