Dialectical Behavior Therapy helps patients develop a proactive approach to solving their problems. DBT is a skills-based therapy designed by Marsha Linehan that looks at ways to develop mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is helpful in treating personality disorders, anxiety, trauma and so much more!

Boundaries and Self-Advocacy
Do you find yourself making compromises that make you uncomfortable? Accommodating bad behavior in the workplace or in your personal relationships? People-pleasing tendencies are common for people struggling to set boundaries and advocate for themselves. It’s imperative to know how to respectfully say ‘no’ and ask for the things you need. You’d benefit from this group if you are at least 15yo, comfortable utilizing community and group therapy spaces and willing to actively engage in meaningful and challenging conversations that will encourage you to evaluate your own history, find your voice and take an active role in creating your own future.
