In working with me, you won’t find a stiff or reserved environment. I approach therapy with a sense of authenticity, humor, and the knowledge that none of us can navigate this wild world alone. I enjoy getting creative in providing a unique, personal experience for each one of my clients.
In order to help my clients achieve their goals, I teach concrete coping skills, examine relationship dynamics and attachment styles, process trauma, and take a pragmatics based, actionable approach. I love guiding my clients through the process of assessing and establishing their values so they can live a values based life.
