My philosophy as a counselor is to provide unconditional support and a willingness to enter into your personal experience alongside you. I create a judgement free and confidential space for you to express yourself and your emotional needs. I work with a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues as well as mood disorders. I believe that counseling is a way towards growth and healing.
I am dually licensed as a Social Worker and Clinical Counselor. My training and experience includes couples, individual and group counseling. I am trained in the Gottman Method Level 1 as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I utilize multiple other modalities including Attachment Theory, CBT and DBT.
