I work with individuals and couples who are seeking self-trust, confidence, and learning how to reduce self blame. Together, I can help provide a felt sense of safety within oneself. I am a licensed therapist and social worker who specializes in anxiety, substance use and relationships. Therapy is a collaborative process & I allow you to bring what you want to the sessions.
