I am certified in Managing and Adapting Practice, Trauma Focused CBT and DBT making me skilled in implementing interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Trauma-Informed Treatment and Behavior Modification. It is my goal and priority to provide an environment that enhances growth and change.
My additional area of expertise include a focus on the unique issues law enforcement, first responders and healthcare workers face along with their families related traumas, identity shifts, interpersonal relationship dynamics and family/relationship challenges that come with this experience.
