Child-Parent Relationship Training (CPRT)
Is your child struggling? Is sibling rivalry constant? Are you worried you've lost control of your role as a parent? Do you want to feel closer to your child? Do you find yourself saying the same thing over and over with no results? Are you just not sure how to help your child? CPRT is a program facilitated by a Registered Play Therapist and teaches you to use therapeutic interventions at home so you regain control as a parent, communicate more effectively, learn to effectively discipline/set limits, feel connected to your child, and understand his/her emotional needs.

The Balance Group
If your child has a special need or disability, you know that it sometimes feels like an emotional roller coaster. Parenting a child with special needs can contribute to relational upheaval, anxiety, depression, and isolation. The Balance Group is a safe, confidential space for parents/caregivers to: find your balance on the emotional roller coaster; develop that elusive balance between caring for others and caring for yourself; experience support and understanding of others in the same boat; and connect with others who "get it."
