I am deeply committed to fighting stigma and shame surrounding mental health issues. To be human is to struggle with our mental health in different seasons of our lives, and no one is an exception. Feelings of shame can keep us from reaching out for help, and, tragically, can prevent us from experiencing the healing and vibrancy we so desperately desire. I partner with you toward the treatment goals we work to identify, and I use my training and skill set to support, strengthen, and guide you toward the outcomes you desire. I use a client-centered, integrative approach tailored to your individual needs. I primarily draw from Attachment, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Somatic theories.
