My ideal clients have tried traditional talk therapy but are still experiencing emotional or mental blocks that stand in their way of feeling empowered to attain important life goals. I specialize in assisting individuals in releasing old, unhealthy beliefs, behaviors and sensations that continue to run unconscious patterns and habituated programs. My major modalities of treatment are Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation Training. All of these modalities are highly effective and also work wonderfully with online sessions.
My 30 year extensive experience in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and meditation practices make me uniquely qualified to guide you to experience profound change. Also because hypnotherapy is a highly effective modality, it can be a short term treatment.
I am a highly skilled psychotherapist of 30 years. My clients tell me I am easy to talk to and build rapport quickly.
