My approach to treatment is trauma informed and influenced by Attachment Research, Psychodynamic perspectives, Jungian analytic psychology, Buddhist philosophy and socio-cultural diversity consciousness. I work to address a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, low self-esteem, and limited self-expression.
I see therapy as an opportunity to create a sanctuary for exploration and meaning making. Developing a willingness to work with difficult feelings creates the capacity for an expanded sense of calm and playful curiosity to emerge.
