Hi, I'm Crystal. Welcome to Guided Epiphany Inc.! Are you having a hard time making sense of what is going on in your life? Are you struggling to move on from painful, hurtful experiences? Were you in a relationship that was combative, confrontational, and you walked on eggshells at times? Feeling sad, irritable, anxious, depressed and overwhelmed are emotions we all feel. They can also cause us to feel paralyzed, defeated and stuck if left ignored. As your therapist at Guided Epiphany Inc., I will offer you guidance and support with ways to cope with stress, loss, rejection, and recovery from unhealthy relationships. You will also have a safe space to talk that is free from judgement and shame. You can't change others or the past, but you can change the way you see yourself and the world around you.
