I approach counseling as a collaborative space where you are the expert on your experiences. My role is to guide you through an exploration of patterns and themes to identify where you are getting stuck. I provide what my clients need at a given moment, whether that be active conversations about skills or space to process and be heard. It is important to me to meet you where you are, and structure the therapeutic process accordingly. I work with adults, older teens, and partners (including polycules)! I specialize in identity exploration, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, communication skills, behavioral concerns, and am passionate about providing affirmative care for those in the LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous communities.
