I am a cognitive-trained therapist who specializes in treating couples and individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, relationship issues, and childhood trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan that involves the client’s needs while focusing on their strength and resilience to foster growth.
