Support Group for Probationary Firefighters

This group is designed for firefighters during (or shortly after) their probationary year. You’ll connect virtually with other firefighters around the state to process the challenges you’re facing and learn from others’ experiences. Possible discussion topics include: sleep hygiene, nutrition, managing difficult coworker relationships, managing changing family dynamics, navigating new mental health symptoms, and more. Connect, share experiences, and empower yourself with the knowledge and support of fellow firefighters who understand the journey.
